Embracing wellness means meeting both the good days and the hard ones with curiosity, self-compassion, and support. As a therapist, I walk alongside my clients as a fellow traveler, helping them better understand their inner world, build supportive habits, and create a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.
I am a Professional Clinical Counselor, Supervisor, and Registered Art Therapist who works with children, adults and couples using a client-centered approach. My work is grounded in mindfulness practices, creativity, psychoeducation, and narrative theories, allowing therapy to feel both supportive and flexible. I believe therapy can be transformative while also being engaging and enjoyable, with space for authenticity, self-expression, and even laughter.
Outside of the therapy space, I find grounding and inspiration in simple, nourishing moments. I love spending time in the kitchen cooking, being outdoors and connecting with nature, and sharing everyday moments with my dog, Olive. These experiences remind me of the importance of slowing down, staying present, and caring for ourselves in ways that feel genuine and sustainable.
Whether this is your first step into therapy or a continuation of your journey, I am committed to creating a personalized experience that reflects your goals and your vision of wellness.
The butterfly is a symbol of transformation, growth, and resilience. Through the process of metamorphosis, it represents the courage it takes to slow down, turn inward, and emerge changed. In therapy, growth is not about becoming someone new, but about embracing who you are as you move through life’s transitions. The butterfly also holds personal meaning for me, reflecting my own experiences of change, healing, and growth. It represents the belief that wellness unfolds in stages and that embracing wellness is a journey rooted in self-compassion, patience, and hope.
